Signed on one side in black felt tip, “Used in training for Apollo 13, Fred Haise,” and “James Lovell.” In fine condition. Accompanied by a photocopy of the front cover of the manual, which was notated “LMS2,” which refers to Lunar Module Simulator-2 where Haise and Lovell trained at Kennedy Space Center.
