Often uncredited actor (1872–1958), who originally became famous for his role in the 1914 film serial The Perils of Pauline. He appeared in more than 350 films, including as a waiter at Rick's in Casablanca. Uncommon vintage 3.25 x 5.5 postcard photo of Panzer, signed and inscribed in black ink, “To my little chauffeur friend Edith McCory, with my best wishes, Paul W. Panzer. Bridgeport, Conn., March 11/15.” In very good condition, with moderate to heavy overall creases and areas of the inscription a shade light. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
