Rare partly-printed DS, signed “Irving C. Wright,” one page, 8.25 x 7, March 2, 1933. Wright appoints “N. Streahl or T. D. Parkman attorney and agent for me and in my name, place and stead, to vote as my proxy at any election or meeting of Wright & Ditson.” Signed at the conclusion by Wright.
