Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 20 x 16, July 3, 1953. President Eisenhower appoints Edward A. Beard an “Associate Judge of the Municipal Court for the District of Columbia.” Signed at the conclusion by Eisenhower and countersigned by Attorney General Herbert Brownell, Jr. Document is affixed to an identical size mount. Missing top corner tips, a couple of edge chips, and a mild shade of uniform toning, otherwise fine condition. The gold foil seal is intact. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
