Declaration of Independence: James Wilson

Manuscript DS, one page both sides, 7.75 x 13, December 10, 1790. Wilson appoints an attorney to “sue for, and by all lawful ways and means recover and receive of and from James Moore or any other person or persons whatever or wherever in Asia or Africa all such sum and sums of money goods wares merchandise debts and effects whatsoever” in order to settle debts. Crisply signed at the conclusion by Wilson and witnesses. Various toned tape remnants and complete tape-repaired separations to folds, otherwise very good condition. The affixed paper notary seal remains crisp and fully intact. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
