Untranslated document featuring ornate letterhead, signed at the bottom of the first page by Santa Anna next to the intact and ornate paper seal with eight ‘petals’ extending from the center. Intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, areas of mild toning, paper loss along left edge, and a mostly separated hinge, otherwise very good condition.
