William Morris Agency contract between the New York’s Palladium venue and Iggy Pop for an “October 6th, 1977…concert engagement” in exchange for “$5,000 plus 60% of the gross admissions receipts…in excess of $23,300.” The employer also “agrees to provide and pay for the Ramones (opening act) at the cost of $1000, plus…$1500 for sound and lights.” Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Pop, using his legal name, and the promoter. Document bears a couple original red pencil notations to the top, and a map with directions to the Palladium attached with a staple.
