In part: “You have told me you are producing a series of programs titled ‘Knockout’ which feature approximately 2-minute excerpts of films of boxing contests, featuring the world’s greatest fighters of all time, and that you want to include motion pictures of the prize fights in which I appeared…for prints of my most important fights, including Charles-Marciano 1st and 2nd, Charles-Walcott 2nd and 3rd, Charles-Maxim, and Charles-Louis…I hereby give you my permission…to the use of motion pictures of the fights in which I appeared, and also the right to advertise these motion pictures and use my name and photograph in connection with them.” Two horizontal folds, one with some separation, and light scattered creases, otherwise fine condition.
