Vintage glossy 7.75 x 5.75 photo of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy at the reopening of the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway in 1947, signed by both in fountain pen. Double matted and framed to an overall size of 16.5 x 14, with a window in the back displaying another unsigned photo of the event. In fine condition, with scattered surface spotting and creases. The railway had been damaged during World War II, and Laurel and Hardy officiated the ceremonies surrounding its reopening. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
