The American League Base Ball Club business check, 9 x 3.25, filled out in type and signed by Ruppert and countersigned by Ed Barrow, “E. G. Barrow,” payable to George W. Pipgras, who endorses the signature on the reverse, for $1,137.70, April 30, 1930. In very good condition, with two vertical creases, one lightly affecting Rupert’s signature, scattered light creasing, light toning, and expected cancellation stamps and notes, the latter only lightly affecting Rupert’s signature.
