In part: “Joseph Thompson…tried upon a Certain Indictment against him for Maliciously Stabbing a person, and was acquitted by a Jury duly taken on that behalf, on the ground of Insanity, should be removed to the Gateshead…Lunatic Asylum in the County of Durham.” Signed along the top by Victoria. Horizontal folds, wrinkling, scattered toning and soiling, and writing opposing sides, otherwise fine condition. The seal is intact. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
