Grant’s personal information is filled out in type, including his birthdate, address, and physical characteristics, signing twice in black ink as the licensee and again as the applicant. License also bears a large right thumbprint of Grant, with reverse bearing pencil notations regarding his eye exam as well as the results of his law and driving exam. In fine condition. A very personal, one-of-a-kind item from one of classic Hollywood’s leading men, who was quite busy in 1938 making Bringing Up Baby and Holiday, alongside Katharine Hepburn.
