Attractively cloth matted and framed with a copy of two portions of the document showing where the signature appears in the document, as well as a color portrait of Washington, to an overall size of 20 x 17. Professional vertical repair to slip, resulting in the removal of the “hi” of signature, and some scattered light toning, otherwise fine condition.
