In part: “The Agent shall be the Actor’s sole and exclusive agent in the legitimate theatre industry…The term of this contract shall be for a period of THREE (3) YEARS commencing April 28, 1981…Weekly contractural salaries of less than $250 will not be commissionable…should the engagement extend beyond 16 weeks, 10% commission will be applicable.” In fine condition, with two filing punch holes at the top of the page and show-through from two stampings on the reverse.
