Envelope bears typed collector's notations, address, and a small clipped photo of Collins, as well as an August 2, 1932, Cleveland, Ohio, postmark. In fine condition, with a few light bends and creases, as well as some scattered light toning. Pre-certified Steve Grad/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
