Matte-finish 7.25 x 9.25 portrait of Truman, signed and inscribed in fountain pen 'To my friend John W. Snyder, with kindest regard, Harry S. Truman' at the lower portion of a 10.5 x 13.75 mat. Snyder was a member of Truman’s Cabinet. In fine condition, with block of moderate toning at the top of the mat. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
