Julie' agrees to new terms as a member of The Mod Squad

DS, signed 'Peggy Lipton,' also signed by executive producers Danny Thomas and Aaron Spelling, sixteen photocopied pages, 8.5 x 14, April 20, 1970. Series Employment Agreement for Lipton and her role as ‘Julie’ in the television series, The Mod Squad. The agreement features a number of riders to her original 1967 contract. In part: 'For the second through the fifth contract year, you are guaranteed all pictures produced by us, and no less than the sponsor or network order. If less than 22 pictures are produced during any one contract year, we shall not be entitled to exercise our option for the next succeeding contract year.' Five riders have been affixed to the document to supersede existing paragraphs. In fine condition, with two filing punch holes at the top and stapled at the upper left corner. An iconic piece of 1970s counterculture television. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
