Women’s tennis champion (1905-1998) who won eight Wimbledon singles titles in the 20’s and 30’s, and won an Olympic gold medal in 1924. Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Moody serving on the court, signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint 'Best wishes to Jim Wiggins - Helen Wills Moody 1959.' In fine condition, with a few scattered light surface marks and dings, and some mild curling to horizontal edges. Pre-certified Steve Grad/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
