DS, one page, 7.25 x 11, April 24, 1936. Agreement between RKO Studios and Hepburn in which Hepburn agrees to appear in two additional motion pictures during a period of five months, which is an extension of her current contract. Signed at the bottom in fountain pen by Hepburn. In fine condition, with a couple office notations, staple hole to right corner and a neatly trimmed left edge. An early and scarce format for Hepburn. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
