Vintage pearl-finish 7 x 9.5 US Army Signal Corps photo of Roosevelt at his desk, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “For Colonel Guillermo Buanas from his friend Franklin D. Roosevelt. Photo is affixed to a 9.25 x 11.5 board. In very good condition, with silvering to darker areas (visible only at an angle), scattered light surface marks and creases, and some light foxing to lower border.
