An agreement between Welles’s company, Mercury Productions, and Pabst regarding Welles’s consent to the use “of my name, picture, portrait or other likeness, and my recorded voice,”with Welles also mentioning “that no such advertising or publicity shall be in the form of a personal endorsement.” In fine condition, with mild edge toning, a few faint creases, tiny spot in lower left corner.
