Boxing manager and trainer (1908–1985) who handled the careers of Floyd Patterson, Jose Torres, and Mike Tyson. DS, signed “Constantine D’Amato,” one page both sides, 8.5 x 13, August 15, 1958. Application for renewal for D’Amato’s manager’s license from the State Athletic Commission of California. D’Amato has printed his name, street address, and answered several application questions. Horizontal fold, corner crease, two filing punch holes, and two pieces of old tape securing his photo to the page, otherwise fine condition. A year later, D’Amato would manage Patterson during his defeat by Ingemar Johansson. Pre-certified Steve Grad/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
