Partly-printed vellum DS, signed “George R,” one page, 13.25 x 9, November 20, 1791. King George appoints James Millergent an Ensign in the 26th Cameronian Regiment of Foot. Signed in the top left corner by George. Matted and framed, so that both sides may be read, to an overall size of 21.5 x 17.5. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, scattered toning, wrinkling, and soiling. Both seals are worn, but intact. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
