DS, signed “Bing Crosby” as his professional name and “Harry L. Crosby, Jr.” as his “true name,” 40 pages, 8.5 x 13, May 3, 1943. Agreement between Crosby and RKO Radio Pictures, Inc., for the actor’s appearance in The Padre, a “Mark Sandrich untitled musical production,” and a “picture in the series of so-called ‘Road’ pictures with the Artist and Bob Hope” for $175,000.00. In fine condition, with scattered creasing primarily to the first page, stapled pages, and punch holes at the top of each page. The Padre was unquestionably renamed Going My Way, released in 1944.
