ALS, one page, 8.5 x 11, Finca Vigia letterhead, April 19, 1959. Letter to Joseph F. Lord, a representative of the Morgan Guarantee Trust Company regarding banking services. In full: “Thank you very much for your letter and for transferring the funds from the Div. and Int. Account to the special tax…accounts. I’ll probably be in the end of next week or so in N.Y. to see you if I can find the place & understand you’re dispersed.

Will you please on receipt of this send a check for $7500.00/seven thousand five hundred dollars) payable to Internal Revenue Service, Baltimore, Md. to my attorney Alfred Rice, Suite 1959, 630 Fifth Avenue, N.Y.C.

Will you also please ask the bank to hold all mail and cables for me until April 25 and after that forward them to Guaranty Trust Company of N.Y. 4 Place de la Concorde–Paris–.” In fine condition, with some scattered light toning and a few small spots of staining to text, not affecting legibility, a few creases, and punch holes and office stamp to top edge.
