Limited edition 16 x 25 lithograph of Armstrong in his flight suit prior to the Apollo 11 mission, numbered #136/1000, signed in pencil at the National Air and Space Museum in 1976. Also signed in pencil by the artist, Paul Calle. Matted and framed to an overall size of 23.25 x 32.25. In fine condition. Accompanied by the rare original 19” x 29” presentation folder imprinted “Neil Armstrong by Paul Calle” and “National Air and Space Museum for the Charles A. Lindbergh Memorial Fund.” Also present is the rare 19” x 10” printed description picturing a photograph captioned “Paul Calle and Neil Armstrong sign the prints at the National Air and Space Museum on December 23, 1976.” Also accompanied by copies of the May 5, 1977, National Air and Space Museum bill to “Mr. Walter H. Flint, NASM 3558, Smithsonian Institution” and a portion of the mailing wrapper from Flint at the Smithsonian, addressed to Anthony J. Cipriano, postmarked May 6, 1977.
