DS, signed “Tyrone Edmund Power,” one page both sides, 5.5 x 8, October 20, 1936. Power’s State of California Department of Motor Vehicles Operator’s application, filled out by Powers and signed on the reverse. Power adds his personal information, answering that his hearing and eyesight are “excellent, with the results of his vision test on the reverse.” In fine condition, with uniform toning, mounting remnants to front, and a few pencil notations.
