Matted and framed with a vintage print of Harrison’s silhouette, to an overall size of 15.5 x 23.25. Scattered toning and soiling, and a cancellation cut through signature, otherwise fine condition. Harrison served as a Senator from 1825 to 1828. As chairman of the Military and Militia Committees, he advocated an increase in pay for soldiers and an expansion of the Navy.
