Color satin-finish 10 x 8 photo of Presidents Ford, Carter, Bush, and Clinton talking in the White House, signed in the lower border in blue felt tip, “Gerald Ford,” in black felt tip, “George Bush,” and in blue ballpoint, “J. Carter.” In fine condition, with a few small edge creases along top edge. A different photo than usually found, with plenty of room for Clinton’s signature. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
