Vintage matte-finish 11 x 14 photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “For Mr. & Mrs. Peppino, Salutations & good wishes, Theda Bara.” In very good condition, with some light skipping and fading to the light, but legible signature and inscription, light edge and corner creases, small area of corner loss to lower right, and some light rippling along top edge. Joseph "Peppino" Micoli was the owner of Peppino's Restaurant on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
