DS, one onion skin page, 8.5 x 11, August 8, 1950. Agreement between Steinbeck and the 20th Century Fox Film Corporation relating to the finishing of a shooting script “concerning the life and activities of Emiliano Zapata,” and granting a 10 day extension after the complete clearance by the Mexican government. Signed at the bottom in blue ink by Steinbeck. Some scattered creasing and wrinkling to edges and corners, and a few staple holes to top left, otherwise fine condition.
