Very nice grouping of seven signed individual photos of the Mercury 7 astronauts, all posing in their civilian clothes. Five of the photos are vintage color 8 x 10 NASA portraits, signed in ink by Gus Grissom, John Glenn, Alan Shepard, Deke Slayton, and Gordon Cooper, with Grissom, Shepard, and Cooper all inscribing to Curly; and two glossy NASA photos, both approximately 8 x 10, signed in black felt tip by Scott Carpenter and Wally Schirra respectively. In fine condition, with some light silvering to Schirra’s image, and a few scattered light surface marks and impressions to a few other photos. Very handsome set.
