Two items: vintage 7.5 x 9.5 pearl-finish Life photo of Eisenstaedt holding a camera, signed at the bottom in fountain pen; and a TLS from Eisenstaedt, on Life letterhead, dated March 8, 1961. Eisenstaedt writes, in part: “I am happy to send you the autographed portrait…It gives me great pleasure as a photographer to know that you like the work I am doing.” In fine condition, with some light contrast to photo’s signature.
