Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1730–1779). DS, signed “Geo. Ross,” one page, 6.25 x 4, March 11, 1774. Ross signs a receipt from Jasper Yeates for 40 pounds for house rent. In very good condition, with intersecting folds and moderate overall toning, not detracting from bold writing and signature.
