The sheet, which is headed in another hand “The President of the United States and Cabinet Officers,” has also been signed by Daniel Webster (Secretary of state), Charles M. Conrad (Secretary of War), Nathan K. Hall (Postmaster General), John J. Crittenden (Attorney General), Thomas Corwin (Secretary of the Treasury), and Alexander H. H. Stuart (Secretary of the Interior). Accompanied by a full PSA/DNA letter of authenticity.
