To disband the Leningrad Militray Region Command. 2. In order to carry through all the activities in connection with disbanding of the Command - Commander of the Leningrad Front Army General comrade Zhukov is to appoint a commission, which is to finish its work by 30 September…3. Personnel and property are to be used to reinforce units and the Command of the Leningrad Front.” Signed twice by Stalin in blue pencil, once at the conclusion and once near the top left.
