Kaiser of Germany from 1888 to 1918. Partially printed DS, in German, signed “Wilhelm,” one page both sides, 8 x 13, June 17, 1904. An untranslated document in a secretarial hand, apparently an official appointment. In fine condition, with light folds (one through signature), binding holes, and unevenly trimmed left edge, affecting a few words on the reverse. R&R COA.
