Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania. DS, signed “Wilson for Deft,” one page, 7.5 x 12, January 1776. Legal document from the January 1776 term, with final portion written in Wilson’s hand, stating, in part, “And the said Robert Davison by James Wilson his attorney…that he oweth to the said Robert Donovan the said eighty pounds & eight pence as he hath above declared against him.” In good condition, with a total bisecting horizontal separation (repairable), scattered toning, a bit heavier in folds and a couple of small folds.
