In part: “Thomas Wylly, John Zubley, and Samual Langley of the state aforesaid … acknowledged themselves to be held and firmly bound unto your Petitioners in the sum of one thousand Pounds sterling Money…. The said bill of exchange was not paid … but the same to pay hath and still doth refuse to the damage of your Petitioner fifty Pounds.” In very good condition, with toning, light offsetting, some tiny edge chips, and complete and partial separations with archival reinforcement on reverse.
