Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Jackson and countersigned by Elijah Hayward, commissioner of the general land office. In very good condition, with light skipping and fading to Jackson’s signature, moderate vertical folds, small area of paper loss to text, intact, but worn seal and some scattered toning.
