Letter to the Board of Governors at Le Club, in full: "I would like this letter to represent my strongest personal recommendation of Mr. Martin B. Swarzman for membership to Le Club. In addition to Mr. Swarzman's being a close friend for many years, he is highly respected within the community and I know of no one who would give anything less than their highest recommendation of him. Aside from being a mjaor [sic] owner of real estate in the City, Mr. Swarzman is a leader of, and spokesman for, both the New York City and National Realty Industry. I am looking forward to hearing of Mr. Swarzman's acceptance to the Le Club in the very near future." In very good to fine condition, with staple holes to the lower right corner, and two scorched holes in the left margin.
