In part: “Your letter and report on the situation of Jurors I found on my desk & have read both…I have signed the report and sent it to the papers for publication. There was not time for me to make a very careful study…but I’m satisfied with its outline.” In fine condition, with a light overall shade of toning, with slightly heavier spots to corners.
