Flown sterling silver Skylab 2 (SLM-1) Robbins medallion, approximately 1.25˝ in diameter, with a raised mission insignia design on the face—an image of the orbiting space station. The reverse is engraved with the Skylab station launch date of May 14, 1973, the crew launch date of May 25, 1973, and the crew return date of June 22, 1973. Serial numbered "F47" on the edge, and marked with the Robbins "Sterling" hallmark. Condition is mint state. Includes its original plastic case. A superb example as one of just 50 silver Robbins medallions flown on the first crewed Skylab mission.
