Scalloped-top ship's papers issued to the "Ship Victoria of New York…navigated with Twenty four men to pass with her Company Passengers Goods and Merchandize without any hinderance, seisure, or molestation." Prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by President Andrew Jackson, and countersigned by Secretary of State John Forsyth. The white paper seal affixed at the lower left remains intact. In very good to fine condition, with intersecting folds and scattered soiling.
