Last German Emperor (Kaiser) and King of Prussia (1859–1941) who reigned from June 15, 1888 until his abdication on November 9, 1918. He was the eldest grandchild of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom and related to many monarchs and princes of Europe, most notably, King George V of the United Kingdom and Emperor Nicholas II of Russia. Manuscript DS in German, signed “Wilhelm R,” one page, 8.5 x 14, December 19, 1907. Prussian officer's commission promoting Oberleutnant Fritz Henrici to the rank of Hauptmann, prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by Kaiser Wilhelm II. In fine condition.
