These leatherbound copies with a gold-leaf presidential seal became the official White House gift to visiting dignitaries in the Reagan White House. Donna Regan Lefeve was the daughter of Donald Regan, who served as White House chief of staff from 1985 to 1987 under President Ronald Reagan.
