Scarce vintage matte-finish 9.5 x 8.25 photo of Colonel Yuri V. Pokrovsky, Soviet Deputy Chief Prosecutor at Nuremberg, signed in the lower border in fountain pen in Cyrillic. Reverse bears the credit stamp of Tom Bayless, a U.S. Army photographer assigned to cover the Nuremberg Trials. In very good to fine condition, with scattered silvering and creases (one touching his right cheek).
