Description

Born Count Vincenzo Gioacchino Raffaele Luigi Pecci (1810–1903), he was the 256th Pope of the Roman Catholic Church, reigning from 1878 to 1903, succeeding Pope Pius IX. Partly-printed DS in Latin, one page, 15 x 10.5, March 7, 1877. Catholic ordination certification document issued by Cardinal Gioacchino Pecci, who has signed at the conclusion as Bishop of Perugia and Cardinal Priest of San Crisogono. In fine condition.
