Dwyer, in full: “I appreciate your letter in regard to my announcement and am very grateful to you for your offer of assistance. I shall certainly take advantage of it. I look forward to seeing you in the near future.” In very good to fine condition, with stains and toning affecting only appearance; the signature is clean and completely unaffected.
