DS, signed “Roscoe Arbuckle,” four pages, 8.5 x 11, April 10, 1931. Agreement between Roscoe 'Fatty' Arbuckle and RKO Pathe Studios, employing him to render exclusive services "as a director in connection with one two-reel photoplay" for the sum of $1,000, to be paid in installments of $400 "upon the commencement of photographing of said photoplay," with the remaining $600 due "upon the completion of production of said photoplay." Neatly signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Arbuckle, and countersigned by a vice president and assistant secretary of RKO. In fine condition.
